“ Excellent!! Delicious food, fast service, great atmosphere! I visit León regularly and I'm always looking for new restaurants. So glad I found El Bodegón. Not only was the food delicious, the service was exceptional! I will definitely be returning on my next trip! ”
“ This was my favorite place in León after spending four days in this city. El Bodegón has very large portions (the nachos will be a full meal for you!) and very tasty dishes. I'm vegetarian and they had plenty of options for me. I ate here twice, once getting the nachos, and the second time a veggie wrap, veggie tostadas and margarita. ”
“ Excellent dinner! Got the jalapeño chicken. Chicken was cooked perfectly, loved the salted veggies and homemade fried were delicious. Good servings sizes. Our server Marlin was great too. Would come again! ”
“ I ended up at El Bodegón after a long travel day and popping into two other restaurants that just didn’t give great first impressions. I’m so glad I didn’t eat at those places but kept walking until I made it to El Bodegón. It was exactly what I needed after the day I’d had. There was a fan and plenty of breeze in the restaurant, a welcome respite from the sweltering Leon heat. The restaurant is really cute inside, and my server was great, offering suggestions on the menu but also things to do while I’m here. I ordered the mango mojito and the camarones al ajillo, which came with rice, potato wedges, sautéed veggies, and a salad. It was all DELICIOUS. The shrimp was perfect on top of the rice and the vegetables were seasoned to perfection. I’m used to crusty bread coming with garlic butter shrimp, but the wedges were tasty and fit the meal perfectly. And they took cards, which was super convenient. I’m definitely planning to make it back before I leave town. ”
“ Very good place to eat that has good Mexican food and is not loud with blasting music like all the other places in town. The food was tasty flavorful but took FOREVER to come out. Do not come here if you are rushed or want food fast it will not happen. Was to worth the wait? Yes. ”
“ A really cool place to eat right by the cathedral. Easy parking very accessible and the menu is loaded with all types of Mexican food that you will enjoy. Multiple types of tacos quesadillas, and one of the things that I found absolutely delicious was their choices of Micheladas. By far the best Michelada that I have had in Leon big deep glasses that fit the entire beer. We went with the mix, taco plates and a quesadilla nine tacos and plenty to share if you’re willing. Beautiful and clean inside absolutely worth a stop. ”
